We are reading reports on TripAdvisor from holidaymakers who have become ill with symptoms of vomiting and stomach cramps after staying at the Melia Las Antillas in Varadero, Cuba, during July 2011. 
The hotel is promoted by Thomson Holidays. The Melia Las Antillas is an all inclusive 4 star hotel and is located on the beach. The hotel facilities include one buffet restaurant and 3 a la carte restaurants.
Holidaymakers have complained of lack of food hygiene as well as food being repetitive and bland. Many guests who have stayed at this hotel have reported symptoms of vomiting and stomach cramps due to the poor standard of food.
