Illness claims at Dreams Punta Cana Dominican Republic
We have been contacted by a holidaymaker who has suffered illness, along with his 3 year old daughter, at the Dreams Punta Cana Hotel in the Dominican Republic.
This follows similar reports of illness previously received by us.
Tests have confirmed that the little girl was carrying bacteria and a parasite in her faeces and she has been ill, along with her father, for 6 days of the holiday and with five days of those being spent in bed.
According to the complainant who reported the illness to the Thomson representative at the hotel: ´Thomson denied all responsibility for our illness and the travel representative at the hotel was ´very rude and obnoxious.´
