Holiday illness reported at Hilton Sharm Dreams Sharm El Sheikh Egypt

There are reports on TripAdvisor which suggest that guests at the Hilton Sharm Dreams Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, became ill with symptoms of diarrhoea and sickness during November 2011.
The hotel is promoted by Thomas Cook and Olympic Holidays and is an all inclusive four star resort situated next to the Cleo Aqua Park near Naama Bay. Hotel facilities include a buffet restaurant plus a Mexican and an Italian restaurant.
Holidaymakers have complained of poor standards of food and hygiene at the hotel stating that the food was served lukewarm and not cooked thoroughly. Poorly prepared food is thought to have caused symptoms of fever, diarrhoea and sickness amongst guests.
