Holidaymakers have complained of holiday illness including symptoms of diarrhoea and stomach cramps at the Tiran Island Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh during November 2011.
The Tiran Island Hotel is promoted by Thomas Cook Holidays amongst others and is an all inclusive 4-star resort.Guests have complained of a poor choice of food and very poor standards of hygiene at the hotel which is thought to have caused the outbreak of holiday illness.
