Guests who have stayed at the Clubhotel Riu Paraiso in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote during the month of June have complained on the review website TripAdvisor of suffering holiday illnesses.
The Clubhotel Riu Paraiso is promoted by First Choice Holidays, Thomson Holidays and Thomas Cook Holidays amongst others. The Clubhotel Riu Paraiso is an all inclusive 4 star hotel and is situated 2 Kilometres from the centre of Puerto Del Carmen and 30 minutes to the beach of Playa de los Pocillos. The hotel has an International buffet restaurant and 3 Speciality restaurants - Asian, Canarian and Mexican.
Holidaymakers have complained about the quality and standard of food and have stated that children within the holiday party began to vomit after a few days of eating in the hotel.
