Holidaymakers who have suffered holiday illness at the Tamaimo Tropical Hotel in Tenerife have contacted us recently to ask about claiming compensation.
Symptoms of holiday illness have included vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach cramps and headaches thought to have been caused by food poisoning after food was left out exposed to insect contamination. Cockroaches were also seen in food serving areas and poor general standards of hygiene are thought to have contributed to the holiday illness.
