Mr D and Miss M contracted gastrointestinal infections at the Hotel Allegro Riviera in Tunisia during July 2010, after a two week holiday. Their holiday was spoilt as a result of their sickness. After Farnworth Rose negotiated with the tour operator, Thomson, Mr D and Miss M accepted £2,100 in settlement of their claims.
