Hotel Tropicana Grand Azure in Sharm El SheikhEmma Thorn of London became ill with a severe gastrointestinal infection in March 2010 whilst staying at the Hotel Tropicana Grand Azure in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. Her illness was ongoing for some time after she returned to the UK. Miss Thorn contacted Farnworth Rose to help her claim compensation from the tour operator, First Choice, who are part of the TUI Group of Companies. We obtained £6,000 compensation for Miss Thorn.
